Ray Starrett is a Project Management Professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership of biopharmaceutical development programs. Mr. Starrett’s experience spans all critical aspects of applied project management, as well as leadership of project teams, strategic planning, portfolio analysis. His breadth of experience includes drugs, biologics, and medical devices. Over his career, he has held Project Management Leadership Roles at GlaxoSmithKline, MedImmune, Ikaria, and small preclinical and early clinical start-up companies, including Targacept Inc. (now part of Catalyst Biosciences), and Bellerophon Therapeutics. Previously, Mr. Starrett was Chair of the Project Management Special Interest Area Community within the Drug Information Association (DIA). He holds a BS degree in Microbiology from Colorado State University, and a Master's Degree in Life Sciences from North Carolina State University.
